MEP804B TURN MASTER SWITCH TO START RELAY CLICKS [K15] . STARTER WILL NOT CLICK OR TURN OVER . CAN JUMP SOLENOID WITH SCREW WILL START RIGHT UP. WHERE DO I LOOK NEXT?? DC CIRCUIT BREAKER ON, CRANK SWITCH ON.

That sounds just like my 804a when I first tried to get it going. On mine which only had about 47 hours at that time, I just kept tapping on things until it started to work. Maybe remove and reseat the relays also. Open the main panel and check for any loose wires. You also want to read up on some of the modifications to protect your set. Let us know how things go. Find the caps lock and turn it off please. There is this stuff called DeOxit you can get on ebay which is like tuner cleaner.
