Mep003a Fuel pumps not working.

I pulled the battery's from the 003a to put into a mep002a that I was selling. Put two battery's from the tenders into the Mep003a went to prime and run heard a couple of clicks then nothing. So checked battery's one was 12.5v other 8v. So replaced the bad one, now have 25.3v. The glow plugs and starter both work, fuel pumps do nothing. I have 25.3v at the Packard connecter at the pumps, Hooked both pumps up to another 003a and they pump just fine. What am I missing?

Check your ground. If you have good pumps and 25.3 VDC at the connectors, the only way the pumps wouldn't run is if you have a bad ground.

Are all 3 of the pumps dead, even aux?
If so it has to be a power / ground issue, very unlikely all 3 especially aux. died at the same time.
Make sure your chassis grounds and the strap across the motor mount are all clean and tight.

It was a bad ground! Running like a top again.
