MEP802a Project. Water Pump, Thermostat and housing, Fan, Nuts and Bolts, Advice

I recently purchased an MEP802a off an auction. As seen in the attached photos it is missing the water pump out.
From what I can see I need pretty much the whole cooling system. Curious if anyone is willing to sell me the whole assembly?

I have the mounting plate it is not pictured(186-6181)

What I know I need
- Water pump
- Thermostat
- Thermostat housing
- Fan(Having a hard time finding this)
- Many Nuts and Bolts

Let me know if you see anything else or any advice you have. I'm unsure of the background of the generator and why it is in this condition. The engine turns over smoothly however there does seem to be excess moist soot in the exhaust as well as corrosion in the coolant routes. It has been sitting a while but it only has 500 hours and is like new in other areas. As of right now I plan on getting the parts and putting it together but open to suggestions of other things to check while it is torn down.
