My MEP831A has has had some odd behavior from the start. But having read the forums I think it was moisture issues as they cleared and went away.

However, as of yesterday my MEP831A dropped the 240v load and I can’t get the circuit to close again. And weirdly it seemed the cooling fans were not getting enough voltage to run.

If I put the micro switch to 120/120 it all works fine. K1 closes. Cooling fans run. 120v comes out both L1 and L2.

If I measure across the top of the K1 when the micro switch is set to 120/240v, I can get a 240v reading.

Is my K1 bad? Or one of the other mystery wires going into it?

Thanks
