I was just reading the PS article about servicing the air pack. They said to add one ounce of oht mil-h-6083. Now , is this some sort of hydruilic oil or brake fluid? Is there some sort of cross reference for this?
Just trying to make sure everything is in tip-top condition 8)

OHT is a petroleum based hydraulic fluid. Also called "cherry jucie" by the guys that use it, opposed to FRH(Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fliud) which is called "apple juice". OHT was (and still is) used in the military.

Do a search for the MIL SPEC number on google, you'll find tons of info on it. What exactly are you looking for?
