I am looking at buying a set of Goodyear AT2A Tires 16.00r21

at first I thought this was a misprint but pictures of the tires show r21..did they make military trucks with a 21" wheel?

I called a guy that makes wheels and he said they are 20s but just wanted to make sure before I made the purchase..
