Military Vehicle Display & campout at Fort Worden WA
The campout will be held on Sept. 2,3,4,5 2011 at Fort Worden State Park in Port Townsend WA. All types of military vehicles are permitted from perfect restorations, modified,not so perfect to what ever you have or like. We will be starting things on frid. the 2nd at 10 am untill mon the 5th at 4pm.There will be vehicles on display,tents,trailers,weapons, The ,Spanish American War Reenactors,Teddy Roosevelt display,Canadian Western Comand Military vehicles. All types of uniforms are welcome and permitted to wear. You can drive your vehicle in the park were normaly you can't. The event is held on top of the hill and in the middle of the upper bunker complex a long way from the civilian park guests. There is parking down below for your civilian vehicles and trailers. There will be a bon fire in the evenings and expect several thousand visitors to be atending to view your displays. We expect at least 40 display and vehicles or more. There will be a convoy leaving my house at 7 am friday 02 of around ten trucks and growing.My address is 23805 Mountain HWY E Spanaway WA 98387, call the 253 number below with questions. Thanks
