I have an order for 100 HUMVEE's and a few larger cargo, tanker and wreckers.
I've checked with the usual suspects (Memphis Equipment, GovPlanet, etc) and no joy.
HUMVEE's can be bare bones but must run and drive.
We can replace batteries and tires.
I can purchase from several parties as long as I get the number I need and the price is right.
Must have title or transferable SF97.
