Greetings all,
I came across a seat cushion this weekend that I've never seen or heard of. It is a driver seat bottom that seems to be a one-piece molded cushion. No springs, padding, or canvas cover. The top is an OD vinyl, underneath is a cushion foam rubber layer around a white solid "ice chest" styrofoam core. The top, under the OD vinyl feels like some soft foam is there but the seat doesn't have much give, just some flex. Around the bottom edges are molded: Maher Pattern & Mfg Co. / MXP 691715 FSN 2540-784-6927 / DAAE07-69-C-1715 DAAE07-69-C-5321. The double contract numbers are interesting in themselves.
Anyone else seen these or know of them?
