MTV GVRW on data plate error?

I've seen the data plates on several M1088a1 trucks and the GVRW has been different. On one 2004 it's 45446 lbs. On another 2004 and a 2005, it's 20446, which is the same as the curb weight of 20446. Has anyone else seen this or have an explanation? It seems unlikely that there would be a typo on something like that.

I think its a typo. All of the curb and gross weights are the same on that dataplate. I have actually seen quite a few typos in dataplates before.
