hey fellas,
got two questions
#1
why will my truck not start on regular gas? it will run fine if i add it to the tank but once the diesal is gone,, if i cut the engine, it wont start back up,,,, i drain the gas
put diesal back in,starts fine,,

can i run strait kerosene in my truck without problems

Gas is a emergency fuel only. Something to get you home. It's probally ingiting before the piston clears top dead center. Try not to run it unless there is no choice. And if you do add some motor oil to it to add some lube for the IP. The oil will also help the pre ignition. yes you can run kerosene. But it doesen't have much lube for the IP eather. #2 diesel is your best bet.

Is the fuel density compensator bypassed for Diesel Only? Lots of trucks, Tooele rebuilt engines especially were set up for Diesel only...
