The Military Vehicle Collectors of Colorado displayed a number of vehicles in support of the 3rd BN, 71st Air Defense Artillery unit reunion held in Colorado Springs. This was an Army unit based in Germany during and after the Vietnam War. The Deuce, Gama Goat and M151s were the big hits as you could imagine. It was great to hear those guys reminisce about their days driving, riding in or working on those vehicles. About 150 members were expected to attend the 4 day event. We set up for their arrival. Great event and very gracious veterans. It was an honor for our members to display their vehicles for these guys. More pics will follow.
