I just received a MX-7777/A from fair radio. This model is just the circuit breaker
plus the surge protector. There is no on/off switch or battle over ride. Which is
fine for me, but typically one does not use a circuit breaker for an on off switch.
However, since it wont be used all that frequently, it probably wont matter.

I would like to put in a new circuit breaker since this old one seems a little too
easy to switch. Does anyone know a source and part number for a replacement
circuit breaker?

Thanks,
Bruce

Bruce,

Unless you can find one surplus I'd suggest just finding a new MX-7777. Circuit breakers have gone through the roof like almost everything else today. I had to purchase a 100 amp breaker for a piece of equipment I was working on and instead of costing around $100 like I expected the replacement cost me over $450! You should be able to find NIB 7777s for around $40. Contact me directly if you still need some help with this.
