Thanks for the comments, might post more pics later. If anyone out there has done a torsion bar style ramp or tail gate of any kind, i'd be interested in seeing it. I'm considering adapting the tailgate as such, or just removing the tailgate and building my own ramp/tailgate. Welcome to any such ideas or info, have checked into heavy ramps, etc, but, rather build something that can stay on the truck permanently, and just flip up out of the way, multi-purpose, etc.
