We can do all of that, the shoes at the end of the roll the bushings all feel good, have not unrolled to check all of them.You kinda have a pig in the poke. Until they are unrolled and evaluated, they could be scrap value or quite a bit more. Almost any buyer will want you to band them to a pallet and load a motor freight carrier. If you can do that, someone might take a chance and pay you $1000 for the two rolls.
