need batteries

Guys:
I need to get a pair of batteries for my M 37. The ones I have now, aside from being useless, do not have any civilian ID on them. Anyone have a NAPA cross reference for them? I also need the cable that runs from the pos terminal to the starter. Part number? Recommended suppliers? Any vendors at Aberdeen that might carry the cable or batteries?

I have an old table that lists the civilian group size as 22NF for the batteries. A lot of people replace the battery cables using welding cable. I think I used a 7 foot length from the battery to the starter on mine.
