need help with beta fuel pods

I'm putting together an m35-3a for the fire dept i belong to for fire fighting operations during storms and flooding. we are using a 500gallon beta tank for a water tank. Would any one know how the military would have strapped down the tank? And does any one know if the tie downs in the body are strong enough to hold the tank if ratchet straps where used to hold the tank down?
