Does anyone recognize these bumper numbers ?
pass side DCNG TPCM
drivers side 13 C(?)CM_ 12

Closer look and some cleaning revealed these numbers

drivers side 138 CCMS or (OCMS) 32 or 82

Yep there is a DC Army National Guard Troop Command. 74th to be exact but they may not have put the unit designation since it's the only one in the DC Army National Guard.

There is an OMS (organization maintenance shop) an FMS (field maintenance shop) and a CSMS within the DCARNG. These are not numbered 138 though.

There is the 148th Med Co, the 140th truck company, and the 132nd aviation company. Nothing with the 138th number.
