Need Info on pulling M149A2 Water Tank Trailer

Hi All, I purchased a M149A2 400 gallon water trailer form Gov. Liquidation. I have to pick it up at Ft. Riley KS. QUESTION: Can I pull this with my 3/4 ton dodge and disable the air brakes to tow it? Are the air brakes an issue? I do have a 1972 M35 that gives me a smile from ear to ear that I can use, but it is about a 3 hour drive to Ft. Riley. Thanks for the help!

IMO if the weight of the trailer does not exceed the weight of the towing vehicle your good to go.
