Need motor for CUCV

I bought a CUCV about a month ago. It had been sitting about a year, not being driven. In the last month the starter mount on the block has broken off and I have found out that its going to need head gaskets and probably new heads. I have been looking around and doing some pricing and have realized it will probably be cheaper to just get another motor, than having it fixed. I am wondering a good place in or near Tennessee where I can get a used or even better a rebuilt motor? I'm on a budget, but am willing to pay for something good.
