Need some non-715 specific parts for my ambulance

Am converting my turn signals to solid state, have the turn signal device that goes on the steering column, but need the solid state flasher relay and the wiring harness. Anyone have a spare set? Don't mind if it's used, just want it to work. Saturn is selling them for about $50 for each part, that's a bit high for me. I remember selling a couple flasher units for $5 ea a year ago, I shoulda kept one.

Also, I need a new pamphlet case, the canvas bag that holds manuals, in order to mount this in my M725. It's about 10x14 in size, with metal clips on the back. Really prefer a new one if anyone has. Thanks,
