New coolant cross-over?

Changing coolant crossover,should I use pipe dope or Teflon tape on fittings?Or is there something better when dealing with coolant?

Use liquid Teflon. Same as you would use on head bolts. You can buy Permatex Teflon with a swab cap and put it together in a jiffy. Same as plumbing tape will work also.

I've recently fallen in love with the liquid teflon tape. Goes on better/cleaner.
