Hey guys, new to this thread but my dad and I have had 2 1/2 tons for a while. All gassers so far. Hoping to change that with mine. My dad has an early 50s Reo M35 with a 331 and I also have an early 50's M35 with a reo gold comet. Mine hasn't run in 8 years, since before i got it, and I'm hoping to swap in either an NHC 250, a NTC 250, an LDT multifuel, a 3306 cat, or a 5.9 or 8.3 Cummins. Pretty much whatever I can get my hands on for cheap. Then just hoping to use it offroad and on road.

Welcome to SS! Go with the LDT or the 5.9, both great engines.

Thank you! i'm more drawn to the LDT since most of the deuces have them. I've always been a big fan of Cat and so I think a 3306 would be something cool and different. I'd love to put a 3406 in it
