Pardon if it is a repost. Saw this on a Russian site and it looks like a new kind of civilian/military vehicle?

The concept art and 2 shots of a built prototypes. The last one is being dubbed the military version but I can't read Russian.

I'd bet someone on here would buy it if they got a good deal and could find parts! The bragging rights would be something fierce! Kinda like an AMC PAcer with a Stallone attitude!
