Recently picked up the perfect trailer for my Toyota Tacoma. Scored a great deal on an M116A2 last week and I am looking to build it into the perfect overland / offroad toy hauler for my dirt bike and gear. First I'll be looking at how I want to clip the front corners off of the trailer to gain a little bit of side clearance at the front, and to deflect any potential obstacles, remove the surge brake system and convert to electric brakes / toyota lug pattern if possible, build / attach boxes and storage solutions, then monstaliner the trailer. I'll likely be selling the original 1969 bows and canvas separately. The canvas only has a few minor tears on seams where the thread is coming apart, but nothing a seamstress or wife can't do! PM me if anyone is interested.

All ideas and lessons learned are greatly appreciated!
