New to the site. Be doing research on possible purchase of a M51 dump truck. Any suggestions? Any sources for replacement cab canvas?

No suggestions on the truck but cab covers can be had in a number of flavors. There are a few canvas ones around and they usually get nosebleed prices. There are green and tan vinyl ones that have ropes at the lower hems like the canvas ones and then there are green, tan and camo ones with a rubber cord called super rope at the hems to attach to the loops on the cab. The ones with the rubber cord hems are the newest ones.

Dealers such as Eastern Surplus, Kublos, Saturn Surplus, TNJ Murray and other will have them. If you check the classified forum here you can find them also. Lastly, you can find them at MV swap meets.
