No Brake Lights or Turn Signals on my A2

I just got my first M35A2, so I am new to all of this. So I have Head Lights and Rear Running Lights, But no turn signals or brake lights. I put in a new 3 way switch and a new turn signal switch and still nothing. But when I click over the signal to the right, the light glows green solid no blinking and if I click it to the right it will go green solid after about 20 seconds out of nowhere. Any help would be much appreciated.
