So I was out last night with the deuce and got stopped by the cops . First thing he says is "nice toy" and wanted to check it out , and then says ow ya I also stopped you because you don't have brake lights. I said look at it now and a stomped on the brake and they came on but my brakes are touchy and I don't have to mash the peddle . He let us go and said that thing is cool check the brake switch please . Is their and adj to make the brake lights come on with a lighter touch on the peddle ?

The brake lights are controlled via a pressure switch. There is no adjustment. But the wise thing to do is to move it from the hyd side of the brakes to the air. Less prone to failure that way.

patracy is right. Th switch is wearing out, requiring more pressure to close.

Air operated switch is a nice upgrade.
