No Fuel at Injectors

I have searched this site and some of the TMs but cannot find the procedure for bleeding the injectors. I have fuel to the IP and have confirmed good pressure (~8 psi). The problem is, it won't start because I am not getting fuel through the IP to the injectors. Am I missing something?

IP shut-off solenoid clicks when red wire is connected and ignition on. Appears to be working. When it does start, the IP performs fine; smooth idle and plenty of power. Trouble is on cold start; warm start is not a problem. Considering rebuild but want to exhaust all options first and I am seeking to understand this system.

How do you have no fuel at the injectors but yet it runs fine? If this is an intermittent no start regardless of temperature and time I would assume you have an IP solenoid starting to fail.

You are probably getting air in the fuel system as it sits. I just had the same problem with mine. Once the air gets into the IP it takes some cranking to get it out. Find your air leak.
