Looks like 'The Kind'. Use something similar to these when we go for group cross-country flights in 4-6 seat-ers 'cause everybody wants to listen-in on ATC.
Only that rig you're sportin' has some advanced options... I like it though! Problem is, if you get anything like this from an aviation supply store, price wise, they will automatically move the decimal point over one spot to the right. This is called 'gouging.'

BTW; it's not legal to drive a motor vehicle while wearing headphones in the State of Kahli-fornia. Passengers of course can wear a dirty diaper on their head and the CHP won't take much notice... it's a shame, but true. (no profiling?)
