Any idea what NONDR means in the TM? This is for a spindle for the 1986 M1009.

Evidently there are three different ones to pick from.

1 is for the 1984 version and one is for a particular vin number.

Any help is greatly appreciated.;

Also, how can you tell if a spindle needs to be replaced?

So what could this all mean: PACKING, PREFO...........; GROMMET, NONMETA..........; FENDER, VEHIC...........; CONNECTOR, ELEC........; HEXAGON HE......... or SCREW, HEXAG........
I'm pretty sure you have an idea....
(and BTW, TM's are not perfect: WHELL, DRIVI.......)

Typically a spindle could be damaged/worn out beyond limits where the bearings (cones) are seated; be rust-pitted where the hub seal lip rides and/or be bent due to a collision, for example...
Otherwise I see no reason to replace it.
