Np 205 pto

OK what i have is an 86 M1031 CUCV what im wanting to know but cant find is can i remove the PTO and just put the block off plate over where the PTO use to bolt to the NP 205or am i missing something is it that easy or am i missing something ?

yup, bolt the plate right on. Wanna sell the pto???? I would gladly suplly the plate bolts and gasket
