NSN's. How can I trace?

I've been looking for the parts to put a soft top on my Deuce in place of the hardtop. One guy has a set (rails & frame) marked NSN 01-740-9596 which he says MAY be right.
Does anyone know how to research an NSN without having to pay?

Thats a bad #.. Check the digits, and repost. I can check the NSN's...

Your number should be 00-740-9596 and that number come back as Post Pillar Cab Top Left Hand and is in the M35 book, should fit that and the M809 and M34 series cabs. Wayne
