Usually I'd say you'd need to lay-out some more information but I searched 0A331 and found a REO engine. Is that right? https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:REO_OA331_engine.jpg

In the source line I found a link to the TM number. https://www.scribd.com/document/166312718/TM-9-819-M34-M35-AND-M36-1952-with-change-I-and-II

Searched TM 9-819 and got a couple of links http://olive-drab.com/od_mvg_www_deuce_m35.php .....and found a manual online for around $36.00 http://themanualguys.com/7 ~ Trucks...2.5 Ton Cargo Truck ~ Maint Manual ~ 1952.htm

Found a blurb in OD that said """"'Manuals from the new system will be numbered TM 9-2320-209-xx ...""""" Went to Jatonka's site and found these. http://www.jatonkam35s.com/DeuceTechnicalManuals/TM9-2320-209-20-2-1.PDF

....http://www.jatonkam35s.com/jatonkaM35sTMdownloadpage.htm

I'm not sure which page it's on but I'm thinking if you thumb through the index you should be able to dig up the engine spec page. Hope that helps!

starting on page 102, Repair and Rebuild Standards, Manual TM9-2805-22-35-Field and Depot Maintenence manual for Engine(Reo Model OA-331)

Diameter of main journals= 2.5075-2.5082

Connecting rod journals= 2.1805-2.1812

I would say you measured connecting rod journals, and that they are .030 undersize.
