Oil based gloss to flat

Is there a product or process that allows you to take oil based gloss paint (tractor paint) and make it a flat paint ?

There is flatener for automotive style paints... I doubt that they'd be compatable with oil based enamel though... ???

That's what I'm still using today (exclusively) starting 1975 on my first MV (M606A2)
Basically it works with every type of paint but it takes a much higher %age to get an "oil based" high gloss paint flat!
