Ok. So I am seeing oil in my coolant. I did a coolant flush to make sure it was just not old sludge junk. but I am starting to see it again. I have been looking through the forum and it seems that there is a lot of talk about the oil coolers causing this problem. Were in the world can I buy a new oil cooler or can they be repaired? I have never been in to one yet.

Any of the military surplus dealers should have good take-offs they will guarantee. You need to take it off and check for gasket or seal leaks. If you can, devise a way to plug one passage and pressure the other under water to see if you have a leak as you would test a radiator. Also, a radiator shop may be able to test it for you and determine if it can be repaired.
