Ok I need a question answered?

Ok about to change out my fuel filter and convert to a spin on today as by box filter is leaking all over the place. With that said I have purchased a set up with a primer pump and was told i will need to install it before the fuel pump due to the pressure making the pump explode???? Any suggestions would be great!

Looks pretty "high dollar" to me. If you have a check valve in line, no need for a primer.

Usualy the only reason those box filters leak is because of the "water in fuel"
sensor and "o" ring that comes with it. You may have a different situation,
but I would check that first and then replace the sensor & O ring. The leak
would be in the back of the bracket. A lot easier than making the mod.

Once I replaced mine, no more problems.
