Olympic Flight Museum Airshow June 16-17, 2012

Hello Team, time to get these dates on your calendar. We always have a good MV presence at this one. Between the military units, Puget Sound vehicle club, Friends of Willie and Joe, the Saigon Club, and Friends of Kilroy, there is quite a variety of vehicles and military displays for the weekend.
They will have a B17 there this year and I am hoping that we can put an emphasis on WW2 AAF displays for the weekend.
More to come as it gets closer.
This event is held at the Olympia airport fron about 0900 to 1600 both days.

Looks like the CAF Sentimental Journey. I told them that I would repaint the bumpers on my 42 to match the Bomb Squadron painted on that plane. This will be the 14th year and it is in some respects the best airshow in the area, although Paine Field is making a run. I like it because it is all military planes and stuff.

Here are a few pics from the day. It was a good turn out from the Puget Sound Military Vehicles Club, thanks JHigh. Our own Ft. Powell also made it and there were several vehicles from The Friends of Willie and Joe.
