Anybody done it on an m1009? I know a guy who did it on his civvy k5 with a 6.2, but he had the ac compressor where the gen 1 is on the cucv and replaced that with a york one. Where would be a good place to mount a york on a cucv or where could I get a high electric one that has enough cfm for air tools?

I have not seen anyone making brackets for the 6.2L with a york, there are some factory brackets out there in full size vans, but it will likely interfere with the extra alternator too. Electric pumps generally fall very short on CFM for air tools... Have you searched Pirate?

OD Iron has an AC kit that has mounts for an AC compressor. They should work for you. Just shoot him an email with what you want and your phone #. He seems like a great guy and will call you back. The compressor mounts on the passenger side under the alternator. It should work for you.
