We've made an Otter track cleat kit if anyone is interested. We've sold 2 kits so far and I wanted to let people know that they are available. Kits are around $1,500 depending on material prices.

Can you explain what this is? All the metal parts to attach to customer supplied rubber belt?

I think what you have drawings of are the connector pieces for the strands.
