I believe that is a clearance light wiring kit. The template listed is for the clearance lights. Bought one from him last time I was up there. Lots of good stuff.

Frank's Surplus has a good assortment of individual Packard connectors parts for anyone needing to replace or add any wiring. Pretty reasonable for 10 complete male and female parts sets. I have no connection with Frank, other than being a satisfied customer.
