Page refresh

Lately when i veiw the site ,It does not refresh the page when i click on the steel soldiers main page , or when i view a post and click on the main ,I go back to an old page and then must keep clicking refresh on my browser,
This never happened before , and only seems to occur on this site.
Just wondering if anybody else experienced this?

I have noticed the same thing since around the weekend, tested it at work and at home, both fast connections, other sites load as normal but the SS forum takes awhile even for normal pages
