I have'nt even picked up my deuce and I want to paint it already. I am thinking Vietnam era Air Force scheme. Anyone got specs on what that would look like. I think ours were solid green with a star on the door maybe. Wish I had a pic of the truck that were on Lakenheath AFB in the 90's. Paul

Ok, so in 1966 when my truck was made, if it was an Air Force truck, (it's not but that's what I want to do) would it have been blue? TRhat could be cool!

I found this pic of an M35A2 that was involved in the aftermath of the April 1974 tornado in Xenia, OH. I believe the vehicle might have been with the Ohio Air National Guard's 178th Fighter Wing out of Springfield, OH. That unit is <20 miles north of Xenia. (Two of their members will killed the day after the tornado in a building that caught fire).

Anyway, I thought the "small" white star on the door was odd. I don't believe I've seen that before.
