I am in the process of cleaning my fuel tank in the Deuce. I took the pump out of the tank and off of the bracket that holds it and glass beaded it. Now I need to paint but am not positive what type of paint I can use for this bracket that is inside of the tank. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. How about sealing the inside of the tank? What brands have you all used and how hard was it to apply?

Thanks
Mike

As for painting brackets for use in a fuel tank, since I have access to all types of military coatings, I have used Mil-P-27725 fuel tank primer.

As for coating the inside of the tank, POR-15 has been a good choice for years.
