im pretty sure militaryoffroadtires.net has them. I talked to a feller on the phone there and he said he would sell me 4 tires and rims as a set. I didn't see wheels on their website but they do have them at their place

Hemmings, or Autotrader using a nationwide search. I also believe there are some owners forums where they may have classified listings. I am under the impression you are looking for the civilian version.

We carry the humvee wheels. Right now only have 8 bolts in stock, but we get 12s as well. We sell them typically as assemblies (wheels and tires) But if you need just wheels let us know. Best way is to just call John 678-373-7072.

I was amazed to see a set of H1 12 bolts on craigslist in Maine. Just keep searching. I was able to find Goodyear MT's local on craigslist...who would have thought.
