An inexpensive project for your LMTV. Total cost around $24. SMD 5050 strips. A bit of a PITA to thread through frame. Double sided tape worthless. Glue gun is your friend. Do not use RGB lights. They won't be nearly as bright.
Word of caution. Each strip draw around 3 amps. Might want to identify area of problem with lights, then switch one strip off to conserve your batteries.
