Does anyone have information on this particular tool? I am need one of them but havent had any luck finding anything in the marketplace. I don't know if it can be reversed or how complex it is.
if someone happens to have one or know of a work around equivalent, please let me know, thanks!

What are you trying to do?

Buy one, or an equivalent tool, I'm not the end user of it so not entirely sure of its application other than it appearing to be a Stanadyne fuel pump tool to time the fuel lever and or pump in some way.

There are other items listed as protractors or "timing line locator" pn:20395, 20400, 20401 but someone told me that isnt the same as PN:22089.

Again WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO???
Do you have a pump test bench and trying to set up timing on a pump or are you trying to time a pump in the engine?
That tool is for use on a test bench, step A can only be done on a test bench.
