Problem with deuce brakes

My deuce has been sitting for a few months, i got in it and cranked it up and the brakes will not pump up.... didnt hear the compressor start up but i believe it is working because the air horn works, im new to this thread and any help or advice on what may be wrong would be highly appreciated!

First thing to do if you have not is check the brake fluid in the master cylinder. They are air assitted brakes and you are supposed to have a petal even with no air. If you need fluid then you need to make sure if it had silicon DOT 5 in it as most do. Dot 5 does not mix well with DOT 3.
