problems with technical manuals

I am trying to look at he TM for Depot 5ton winches in the resource section and keep getting a message that cookies need to be enable pass this point. The problem is that cookies are enable and I still can't veiw the TM. Can somebody please post this manual for me since I cannot get to it do to some unknow problem. Thanks Joseph

Right click on the TM and save it to your computer. then open it
