I have had good luck with it on my 5.9 Cummins Dodge, and intend to put a kit on a Deuce. If you want more info about how we did it, and our experience with it, let me know.

Bullydog has a propane injection kit. Should be an easy modification for a 24 V no reason why it shouldnt work. Ditto on the turbo. I was looking into doing a propane kit on my Gama Goat to aid in cold weather starting but it doesnt do anything for a naturally asspirated engine.
 
IF you look below, One of my earlier posts was questioning the ether kit being used to inject propane (wont work right) but one of the threads in it stated using a 5psi regulator and a valve to add propane to the system. You might want to inquire to the person in that thread and see how it is working for him.
